Duties
The Technical and Engineering Unit is one of the sub-units in every organization and institution. In this unit, engineers have the ability to solve problems with the best possible result by mastering communication skills and the ability to do team and collaborative work. Also, the ability to make timely decisions to implement ideas and coordinate technical-engineering affairs, is one of the operational priorities in this unit. Engineers and specialists in this field are always responsible for receiving reports from other organizational units and transferring them to the production center and supervising the proper performance of work. Familiarity and mastery of how to archive content and maintain current achievements in the production line is also a serious task that is the responsibility of the technical and engineering unit of each complex.
Objectives and tasks of the technical and engineering unit:
- Careful review and monitoring of the work process in different departments
- Final analysis and inference from the activities of different departments
- Tasks assigned to each section
- Monitor the performance of other parts and collect the results
- Prepare and formulate coherent plans to improve people’s performance
- Creativity and creating new ways to serve more customers
- Confirm the authenticity and quality of services provided to the audience
- Control of all executive and technical engineering affairs in the complex
- Compilation and preservation of all documents
