Detailed Engineering
Development of the engineering to complete the preparation of the deliverables as approved for construction, applying the current codes and standards in effect, required for the construction of new or modified facilities (modernization, adjustment, change of service, or change of capacity)and their integration, generating the volumetrics and the internal budget for the project works.
Development of onshore and offshore oil exploitation, production, transportation, storage and pumping, refining, or gas processing and petrochemical facilities.
The design and best practices in engineering are supported with the use of advanced technological tools that consist of software and hardware resources, and highly trained, specialized personnel.
Laser recognition technology is relevant for transforming the digital information obtained from the point clouds, into Intelligent Three-Dimensional Electronic Models.
Detailed engineering applies to both the design of new facilities and to the integration of new and existing plants, including facilities that should be revamped.
The different Annexes are developed containing the engineering specifications, the plans by specialization including the isometric pipe drawings, as Approved for construction, and also the Works Volume, all of which is added to the competition rules.
The “Constructability” and Industrial safety at plant studies are maximized, indicating the evacuation routes, all process equipment, and auxiliary services, including roadways, floors, foundations, pipes and pipe racks, platforms and stairs, drains, main routing for electrical trays and instruments, buildings, power substations, and control rooms, among others.
